OK Let me See when anyone will read this !!!!

Happy New Year Ladies.........
Hey Heather....keep up the good job....... You are still trying ... u r the real looser(I am winner !!!) Well I am back from India... In India one great doctor advised me to get a Thyroid test done and found that I have sever hypothyroidism that is the reason of my weight gain and failed weight loss no matter how much I try...untill I get that sorted out my weight will not reduce !!!! so I am on medication now which might go on for one year !!!! SO after a year you might see thin me.... I have not seen any posts from Sharron tell my Hi to her....... I have a Top for Sharron and a bag for you from India dunno when I will meet you guys and give it to u !!!!!

Day 2

Not so good today.

Breakfast - coffee
Lunch - slimfast, melba toast, yogurt
Snack - 2 cookies, coffee
Meeting - (damn you hepp staw) 1 beer, popcorn, cookie
Dinner - Vegetable beef soup, melba toast, 2 cheese slices

Exercise? Nothing. Nada. Zip. Haven't worked out since Tuesday. Bah. Although the scale says I've lost another 2 lbs, I question this fact.

Day 1

I am starting again. Posting helps to keep me accountable for what I eat in a day. Here goes:

Breakfast: Lg coffee with 2 cream/1 sugar
Lunch: Salad and 2 chicken strips from Wendy's (probably a poor choice :P)
Snack: Package of Melba toast
Dinner: Salmon, potato, green beans
Snack: Granola bar

Exercise: Uh nothing, but I will do 100 crunches before I go to sleep.

Update - I have kept off the 10 lbs I lost in the summer, and also the inches. Still have some more to go though.

Hello Lonely Loser !!!

See I told you I will blog some day ... I am feelinf veeeeeeeery Sleeeeeeepy zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
But I am still continuing with my exercise last week I did a record of doing stairs all 5 days and doing tread mill at home all 5 days.... weekend(saturday) 5 km walk and 1 km jog... I hope we will get there slime Me and slim Heather !!!!!! I had been to goodlife fitness gym to check out but i swear on God I do not ahve time to go to gym everyday as it is I am sleeping at 2am everyday !!!!!! thanks to sharron if not for her coffe Igal will catch me sleeping in training room oneday (I dont know if you guys know once he caught me reading a book on juggling. it was 4.45 and friday evening (we didnt not have friday at 4) I said what the heck I will read this book(which gemma gave) for 15 mins and he was behind me watching flip pages telling "Cool" ... Anyways I will stop now Ok Heather I will promise I will write atleast 2 times a week ..DEAl ?

One is the lonliest number...

Yes, yes it is. Please come back to me oh weightloss challengers, it's not very fun to do this all by myself *sniff*. Lol. Well I can't remember what I had to eat on Friday, but I think it was fine. Sat and Sun were fine ... except that I had ice cream each day. *blush* But monday and tuesday of this week have been good. Been back to the gym both days, and eaten the 2 shakes 3 snacks and sensible meal thing. I'm back to it. I realized I would love to be like, another 5-7 lbs lighter for this baseball banquet that is coming up next month. (Why? Because if I have to buy a dress, it might as well be one I am proud to strut around in.) It's only 5 weeks away though, so I've gotta step it up. My weightloss has pretty much stalled since we stopped the challenge.

One thing I have noticed is that while the weight has been coming off around my hips and waist (which is great!) it has left me looking kinda out of proportion. Like I still have the fat girl arms, as I like to call them, so I look a bit hulk-ish right now. Also, I'm getting sort of...this is hard to explain...but like, soft and mushy? Almost like a balloon with half of the air let out? I have to start doing more weights to fill me out with muscle. OH yeah. Watch me go.

Hi hi. Well Thursday was OK too. Shake, banana, shake/salad, coffee, pork chop/green beans/potato/salad, 2 packs melba toast, yogourt.

No exercise because I forgot my gym clothes for like, the third day in a row.

Shake, banana, shake/salad, no snack, pork chop/corn/potato, no snack. 20 mins pilates, baseball game. Yaayy me.
