One is the lonliest number...

Yes, yes it is. Please come back to me oh weightloss challengers, it's not very fun to do this all by myself *sniff*. Lol. Well I can't remember what I had to eat on Friday, but I think it was fine. Sat and Sun were fine ... except that I had ice cream each day. *blush* But monday and tuesday of this week have been good. Been back to the gym both days, and eaten the 2 shakes 3 snacks and sensible meal thing. I'm back to it. I realized I would love to be like, another 5-7 lbs lighter for this baseball banquet that is coming up next month. (Why? Because if I have to buy a dress, it might as well be one I am proud to strut around in.) It's only 5 weeks away though, so I've gotta step it up. My weightloss has pretty much stalled since we stopped the challenge.

One thing I have noticed is that while the weight has been coming off around my hips and waist (which is great!) it has left me looking kinda out of proportion. Like I still have the fat girl arms, as I like to call them, so I look a bit hulk-ish right now. Also, I'm getting sort of...this is hard to explain...but like, soft and mushy? Almost like a balloon with half of the air let out? I have to start doing more weights to fill me out with muscle. OH yeah. Watch me go.

Thursday

Hi hi. Well Thursday was OK too. Shake, banana, shake/salad, coffee, pork chop/green beans/potato/salad, 2 packs melba toast, yogourt.

No exercise because I forgot my gym clothes for like, the third day in a row.

Ack, so bad.

OK, I have to get back into the habit of blogging. I have been in a slump for the past couple of weeks and I think the blogging really helped to keep me accountable for what I was eating. But no matter. I had a couple of weeks of diet slacking, now it’s back to business.

So I will just start at Monday. I had some sushi, miso soup, salad, and fruit for lunch, frozen yogourt for a snack, and for dinner I think I had tuna or something. Hmm, see I can’t even remember, but I remember that Monday was a good day. Yesterday I had a shake and tea for breakfast, an apple for a snack, a shake and a yogourt for lunch, another apple for a snack, and then a pork chop, corn, salad, and a potato for dinner. I also had a bag of crispy minis soy for a snack. I went for about a 45 minute walk. I haven’t been going to the gym or really doing anything for these last two weeks. (The gym was closed and I got lazy.) But now I have to get back into it.

The scale has stayed down over these 2 weeks, which is a good thing!! Anyways, ciao for now!
