Day 1
I am starting again. Posting helps to keep me accountable for what I eat in a day. Here goes:
Breakfast: Lg coffee with 2 cream/1 sugar
Lunch: Salad and 2 chicken strips from Wendy's (probably a poor choice :P)
Snack: Package of Melba toast
Dinner: Salmon, potato, green beans
Snack: Granola bar
Exercise: Uh nothing, but I will do 100 crunches before I go to sleep.
Update - I have kept off the 10 lbs I lost in the summer, and also the inches. Still have some more to go though.
