One is the lonliest number...
Yes, yes it is. Please come back to me oh weightloss challengers, it's not very fun to do this all by myself *sniff*. Lol. Well I can't remember what I had to eat on Friday, but I think it was fine. Sat and Sun were fine ... except that I had ice cream each day. *blush* But monday and tuesday of this week have been good. Been back to the gym both days, and eaten the 2 shakes 3 snacks and sensible meal thing. I'm back to it. I realized I would love to be like, another 5-7 lbs lighter for this baseball banquet that is coming up next month. (Why? Because if I have to buy a dress, it might as well be one I am proud to strut around in.) It's only 5 weeks away though, so I've gotta step it up. My weightloss has pretty much stalled since we stopped the challenge.
One thing I have noticed is that while the weight has been coming off around my hips and waist (which is great!) it has left me looking kinda out of proportion. Like I still have the fat girl arms, as I like to call them, so I look a bit hulk-ish right now. Also, I'm getting sort of...this is hard to explain...but like, soft and mushy? Almost like a balloon with half of the air let out? I have to start doing more weights to fill me out with muscle. OH yeah. Watch me go.
